Delivering news papers with ads for Haram things

Question

I live in the USA. Is it Halal to work for a newspaper as a route delivery newspaper courier, even though the newspaper would have ads for Haram things like wines, pork... etc. Please respond to my question as soon as you can. May Allah reward with the best reward.

Answer

Praise be to Allah, the Lord of the World; and may His blessings and peace be upon our Prophet Muhammad and upon all his Family and Companions.

Every work that supports a forbidden matter is itself forbidden. Allah Says (interpretation of meaning): {... do not help one another in sin and transgression. …} [5: 2]. The Prophet (Sallallahu Alaihi wa Sallam) said: "Allah has cursed wine, its drinker, its server, its seller, its buyer, its presser, the one for whom it is pressed the one who conveys it, and the one to whom it is conveyed" . [ Abu Dawood and Sheikh al-Albani graded it sound].
Know that the Prophet (Sallallahu Alaihi wa Sallam) did not curse the drinker only but he cursed nine other people who take any part in this matter.
The Hadith proves that any co-operation in Haram is Haram. Thus, the same rule applies to the distribution of the papers mentioned in your question.
Allah knows best.
