Question
hi. Is bread mubarak? I have been told that it is a mubarak food (sorry i dont know what mubarak is in english). Thanks
Answer
All perfect praise be to Allaah, The Lord of the Worlds. I testify that there is none worthy of worship except Allaah, and that Muhammad 
is His slave and Messenger.
If your question is about whether there is a Hadeeth indicating that bread is a blessed food, then the answer is that after investigation, we have not come across any Saheeh [authentic] Hadeeth that indicates that, but Ad-Daylami 
reported a Hadeeth with the following wording: “Make the bread in small pieces and increase its number, so that Allaah will bless it for you.”, but this is a fabricated Hadeeth, i.e. it is falsely attributed to the Prophet .
This Hadeeth was also reported by Ibn Al-Jawzi in his book Al-Mawdhoo’aat (the fabricated Ahaadeeth) and Shaykh Al-Albaani said that it is fabricated.
