Assamu'alaykum I have three questions; Is about to ejaculate invalidate fast?I saw something from the zionist posts, and I don't know why, I continued reading that thing but didn't wanted to do that, kufr?If someone sees a woman but doesn't know she is lgbtq or demonic, is he a kafir for loving her?
All perfect praise be to Allah, The Lord of the Worlds. I testify that there is none worthy of worship except Allah, and that Muhammad (
) is His Slave and Messenger.
Merely approaching ejaculation does not invalidate the fast so long as semen is not emitted. The fast is only invalidated when semen is discharged.
Ibn Qudamah
stated in Al-Mughni regarding one who masturbates and ejaculates: “If he stimulates himself with his hand, he has committed something unlawful, but his fast is not invalidated unless he ejaculates. If he ejaculates, his fast is invalidated, because it resembles kissing in that it arouses desire.” End quote.
If it is assumed that the questioner means that semen moved from its place but did not exit the body, then the majority of scholars hold that ghusl is not obligatory. Ibn Qudamah
also said in Al-Mughni: “If he feels the movement of semen due to desire but restrains himself and it does not exit, then no ghusl is required according to the apparent view of al-Khiraqi, one of the two narrations from Ahmad, and the opinion of most jurists. The well-known report from Ahmad, however, is that ghusl is required.” [End quote.]
Nevertheless, it is obligatory for the fasting person to avoid everything that may arouse desire. He must understand that just as his stomach fasts from food and drink, his eyes and ears must fast from what is unlawful, and his private parts from desire. In the sacred hadith, Allah, the Most High, Says: “Fasting is for Me, and I shall reward for it. He (the individual who fasts) abandons his desire, his food, and his drink for My sake” [Bukhari and Muslim]
