Question
If I made Wudu at night before going to bed and wore my socks can I wipe over them when I make Wudu for Fajr prayer.
Answer
Praise be to Allah, the Lord of the Worlds; and may His blessings and peace be upon our Prophet Muhammad and upon all his Family and Companions.
Since you put on your socks while in a state of Tahara (purity) and as long as you do not become Junub (in a state of ritual impurity), then you are allowed to wipe on your socks.
On the other hand, know that a resident may wipe over his/her socks for a day and a night, and the traveler for three days.
