Answer

All perfect praise be to Allah, The Lord of the Worlds. I testify that there is none worthy of worship except Allah, and that Muhammad is His slave and Messenger.

It is recommendable for you to spare no efforts to better your wife as to guide her to the right path. You may use all possible means to achieve this goal such as presenting her useful materials, pamphlets, etc., or cassettes that contain an influential lecture and the like. Continue doing so until she changes her mind and adheres to wearing Hijaab.

It is also permissible for you to marry a second or third wife if your conditions allow you to do so.

If you fail, after making all efforts, to bring her to the right path then you may divorce her.

On the other hand, it is the absolute right of every wife to demand a separate accommodation for herself and you have to provide that if possible. She is not obliged to live in your family's house.

Allah knows best.
