It is not obligatory to recite a Quranic verse in one breath
Asalam-o-Alieykom. Sir, i have difficulty in completing a medium and long verses of the quran in one breath during recitation. Is it obligatory to hold ones breath? There is no Quran recitation pause for forgiveness

Starting a complete reading of the whole Quran in the beginning of Ramadan

This method of reading Soorah Yaa Seen is Bid'ah
Someone told me to read Surah Yaseen after 2 rakhas of Sunah prayer in fajr in such a manner i.e " start yaseen and read till 1st mobeen, then start again and read till 2nd mobeen...so on till the 7th mobeen" after this pray 2 rakhas of fard prayer of fajr. Touching the Torah and the Gospel in case of minor or major impurity
I read in the different old books of Fiqh that there is an opinion indicating prohibition of touching the Torah and the Gospel while one is in a state of minor or major impurity (requires Wudhoo’ or Ghusl). No proof for reading Soorah Al-Ikhlaas a thousand times a day

Sitting on chair while Quran reciter is sitting on floor
Assalamu Alaikum respected Scholars, this is defintely paining me please clarify it. Paying respect to the Qur'an.
