I have a damaged copy of the Qur'an, only it's covers are damaged and not the text of the surahs. On it's covers "Holy Quran" in Arabic is written and there are some white marks due to damage which might look like harakat fatha above arabic letters. Assalamu aalaykom wa rahmatullahi wa barakatu. I read the reconciliation from Ibn 'Abbas Radiallahu 'Anhu.
