Answer

All perfect praise be to Allaah, The Lord of the Worlds. I testify that there is none worthy of worship except Allaah, and that Muhammad sallallaahu `alayhi wa sallam ( may Allaah exalt his mention ) is His slave and Messenger.

If this man truly asked to be in seclusion with your wife, then it is not permissible for both of you to go to him or be treated by him. Indeed, you were deeply wrong when you allowed him to be in seclusion with your wife; hence you should seek repentance for having done so.

Moreover, it is not permissible for you to accuse him and your wife of having committed adultery without evidence. The baby she is pregnant with is to be traced back to you unless you deny it, in such case you resort to Li'aan which is detailed in Fatwa 89532.

Your wife may perform Ruqyah by herself or you may perform it on her. If there is a need for a marriageable man to perform Ruqyah on her, then the religious requirements should be met.
