Question
as these days we r getting nails mehandi ( HENA) but in that nails mehandi ( HENA) kumkum is added n i heard kumkum which hindus womens apply on their forehead n kum kum is a symbol of married hindu wemens now tell me should i apply nails mehandi ( HENA) on my nails n hope no problem in offering namaz plzzz.... suggest ....... me
Answer
All perfect praise be to Allaah, The Lord of the Worlds. I testify that there is none worthy of worship except Allaah, and that Muhammad, sallallaahu ‘alayhi wa sallam, is His slave and Messenger.
It is permissible to use the product which you mentioned in the question and add it to Henna provided it is pure in itself and provided that by using it one does not imitate non-Muslim women, because whoever imitates a people is one of them as mentioned in an authentic narration.

Since the Hindu women use this only on their front head, then using it to polish the nails does not constitute an imitation to them.
