Can we recite Al Baqara every day if affected by black magic,sihr?

All perfect praise be to Allaah, The Lord of the Worlds. I testify that there is none worthy of worship except Allaah, and that Muhammad is His slave and Messenger.

It is permissible for you to recite Chapter Al-Baqarah [Quran 2] every day for seeking cure from magic or for the reward of reciting it. Indeed, some Prophetic narrations were mentioned about its excellence and the excellence of reciting it, so please refer to Fatwa 90944.
