Question

During Hajj, a woman vomited while performing tawaf al-ifadhah (circumambulation for Hajj). She cleaned the place of vomiting and did not perform ablution, then she completed tawaf till the end of the seven rounds. Is she liable to anything?

Accepted Answer

All perfect praise be to Allah, the Lord of the worlds. I testify that there is none worthy of worship except Allah and that Muhammad, sallallaahu ‘alayhi wa sallam, is His slave and Messenger.

This woman is not liable to anything because vomiting does not invalidate ablution according to the preponderant opinion of the scholars.
