Answer

All perfect praise be to Allaah, The Lord of the Worlds. I testify that there is none worthy of worship except Allaah, and that Muhammad sallallaahu `alayhi wa sallam ( may Allaah exalt his mention ) is His Slave and Messenger.

You did not clarify to us what you suspect to be wrong with your Hajj - is it delaying Tawaaf Al-Ifaadhah until after stoning the Jamaraat or is it shortening your hair before performing the Tawaaf? In any case, your Hajj is valid and there is nothing wrong with it.

If your question is about delaying Tawaaf Al-Ifaadhah and the validity of stoning the Jamaraat before the Tawaaf during the days of Tashreeq (11th, 12th and 13th of Thul-Hijjah), then your stoning of the Jamaraat is valid and it is not a condition for the stoning on the days of Tashreeq to be done after Tawaaf Al-Ifaadhah.

Some scholars stated that it is permissible to delay Tawaaf Al-Ifaadhah until after the days of Tashreeq. Ar-Ruhaybaani said in Mataalib Uli An-Nuha:If the pilgrim delays it – i.e. Tawaaf Al-Ifaadhah – until after the days of Mina, then this is permissible as there is no time limit for it, and there is nothing wrong in doing so. However, before the Tawaaf, the pilgrim is to refrain from sexual intercourse with his wife and anything associated with women, as he would not have performed the second stage of terminating the state of Ihraam until then.

On the other hand, if your question is about shortening your hair before performing Tawaaf Al-Ifaadhah, then this is what should be done. But it would have been better to shorten your hair after stoning the Jamratul ‘Aqabah on the Day of Sacrifice, as when it comes to the order of rites on the Day of Sacrifice, it is better for a pilgrim to begin by throwing the Jamratul ‘Aqabah, then offer the sacrifice, and then shave or trim the hair, and then perform Tawaaf Al-Ifaadhah. This sequence is not a condition for the validity of Hajj but only the best sequence.
