Accepted Answer

All perfect praise be to Allaah, The Lord of the worlds. I testify that there is none worthy of worship except Allaah, and that Muhammad, sallallaahu ‘alayhi wa sallam, is His slave and messenger.

The advent of Al-Mahdi before the Hour is proved by authentic prophetic narrations. Believing in this is a part of the beliefs of Ahlus-Sunnah. However, the exact time of his appearance is a matter belonging to the Unseen that is only known to Allaah The Almighty, since the Prophet, sallallaahu ‘alayhi wa sallam, did not inform us about it. Therefore, there is no way to specify the exact time of his appearance, and any claim otherwise is rejected.
