Answer

All perfect praise be to Allah, The Lord of the Worlds. I testify that there is none worthy of worship except Allah, and that Muhammad sallallaahu `alayhi wa sallam ( may Allaah exalt his mention ) is His slave and Messenger.

It is not necessary that what you feel is caused by evil eye or magic and the like; it may be due to ordinary matters, or just an affliction, as Allah tests His Slaves with good and evil in order to know who will be patient and who will not.

Allah Says (what means): {And We test you with evil and with good as trial; and to Us you will be returned.} [Quran 21:35 ]

But Allah rewards the patient.

If there are no normal causes for your headache and that feeling, then it is likely that it may be due to magic or evil eye, for example.

These symptoms are known to the people who perform Ruqyah to other people. Therefore, if you predominantly think that you may be bewitched or afflicted with evil eye, then you should perform Ruqyah, which is beneficial for all diseases –Allah willing.

Do not forget to supplicate Allah as much as possible, because it is the best weapon of the believer, by which he achieves his objective. Indeed, Allah answers the supplication of the person in distress, and He makes a way out to difficulties.

Allah Says (what means): {Is He [not best] who responds to the desperate one when he calls upon Him and removes evil and makes you inheritors of the earth? Is there a deity with Allah? Little do you remember.} [Quran 27:62]

Allah knows best.
