Question

Can we pray Maghrib pray after finishing the time (1hour after Azan)?

Answer

Praise be to Allah, the Lord of the World; and may His blessings and peace be upon our Prophet Muhammad and upon all his Family and Companions.

Delaying a prayer from its fixed time is not permissible except if there is a lawful excuse, and then one should perform the prayer right after ending that excuse.
The one who delays it without any lawful reason commits a major sin. So, one should repent from it and make up that prayer.
Performing a prayer in its latest time is permissible but it is more appropriate to perform a prayer in its earliest time.
"The Prophet (Sallallahu Alaihi wa Sallam) was asked what is the best deed? He replied, "performing prayers at the beginning of their fixed times". [Reported by Imams al-Bukhari and Muslim ].
Allah knows best.
