Question
I would like to know the birthday of Prophet Isa (Jesus) (date,and year).
Answer
Praise be to Allah, the Lord of the Worlds; and may His blessings and peace be upon our Prophet Muhammad and upon all his Family and Companions.
The editor of the dictionary of 'Kitab al Muqaddas' says: 'It is not easy to know the exact date of the birth etc. of Jesus and there is no consensus on this issue. Some say it was 25th of December (1 AC). Others claim that Jesus was born on the 25th of December (5 BC). A third group believes it was 25th December (2 BC).
On the other hand, know dear brother that this issue is not of much importance, as no Islamic rule depends on it. What you should know is that all religions previous to Islam were abrogated by Islamic religion and this religion dominate them all. So, nobody who heard about the Prophet of this religion, Muhammad 
and who didn't believe in him will enter Paradise.
