Question
Wants supplications and Quranic verses to influence a proposal I am in love with a boy. I don't want to have an affair with him. I want him to send his proposal to my parents. My father knows him and likes him. I talk to him on the Internet but not that often. I don't want to let him know how I feel about him; I want him to have feelings for me. I need help for this with specific supplications and Ayah from the Quran. Please help.
Answer
All perfect praise be to Allah, The Lord of the Worlds. I testify that there is none worthy of worship except Allah, and that Muhammad 
is His slave and Messenger.
Dear sister,
May Allah help you and make your problem easy. If the person whom you want to get married to is religious and of noble manners then it is better and lawful to inform your father directly, if possible, or indirectly through your sister, mother, or any other woman, that you are interested in marrying this man. Also, your Wali (your father) is obliged to seek your interest before marrying you. A Wali is not allowed to force a woman to marry a man without her consent. Hence, we suggest you to let your father be aware of your interest directly or indirectly as we mentioned above.
However, there is no specific supplication in this concern but supplicating in general is useful. Allah surely responds to those who ask Him.
The Prophet used to take refuge with prayer whenever something saddened him.
At-Tabarani reported from Huthayfah 
that 'the Prophet used to hasten to praying whenever something saddened him.'
Muslim reported from Ibn ‘Abbas that the Prophet used to supplicate as follows: “La ilaaha illa Allah Al-‘Atheem Al-Haleem; la ilaaha illa Allah rabbul-‘Arshi Al-‘Atheem, la ilaaha illa Allah rabbu-Samaawaati wa rabbu Al-Ardhi wa rabbul-‘Arsh Al-Kareem (which means: None has the right to be worshipped but Allah, the Great, the Forbearing; None has the right to be worshipped but Allah, the Lord of the Great Throne, None has the right to be worshipped but Allah, the Lord of the heavens and the Lord of the earth, and the Lord of the Noble Throne).” [Al-Bukhari and Muslim]
This is the supplication of distress and anguish.
At-Tabari 
said: “The righteous predecessors used to say this supplication whenever something agonized them.” [End of quote]
So, we advise you to pray and say this supplication and we hope that Allah will ease your matters.
