Question
I want to ask that is it correct to read/recite poems about the Prophet.
Answer
Praise be to Allah, the Lord of the Worlds; and may His blessings and peace be upon our Prophet Muhammad and upon all his Family and Companions.
Islamweb has already published Fatawa in relation to the recitation of poems praising the Prophet (Sallallahu Alaihi wa Sallam), that it is permissible provide they do not contain any forbidden words or exaggeration etc.
