Question
salam i didnt reacch puberty yet and im wondering in my school they are doing a dance. am i allowed to go in it.. ? thank u plz answer me quick salam
Answer
All perfect praise be to Allaah, The Lord of the Worlds. I testify that there is none worthy of worship except Allaah, and that Muhammad 
is His slave and Messenger.
If this dancing is only among women and it is not accompanied with any prohibition like obscene songs and music, then it is permissible for you to attend it, but if the dance includes any prohibition, like if there is mixing between men and women, or includes music, or revealing one's Awrah (parts of the body which must be covered in Islam) and the like, then it is not befitting for you as a Muslim girl who wants to be brought up on belief and righteousness, to attend such celebrations. You never know, Allaah may become angry on the people of this celebration and send His wrath on them, so you should try to save yourself from this. Finally, it should be noted that when a girl is nearing the age of puberty, she is most in need for what would preserve her religion and moral character.
