Question
clearify the presumed contradiction statement that quraan was revealed at once in the night of power in the month of ramdaan, in another context the quraan was revealed in sections to prophet (p).
Answer
All perfect praise be to Allaah, The Lord of the Worlds. I testify that there is none worthy of worship except Allaah, and that Muhammad 
is His slave and Messenger.
There is no contradiction between the fact that the Quran was sent down to the Prophet at intervals (in stages) over 23 years and the fact that it was sent down at once during the Night of Decree. What is meant by its being sent down at once on the Night of Decree was from Al-Lawh Al-Mahfooth (the Preserved Tablet) to Baytul- 'Izzah (the House of Pride) in the lowest heaven. While its being sent down at intervals was from the lowest heaven to the Prophet according to certain occasions and incidents.
