Question
Sir : Salamu Alikum: wa rahmathullah wa barakthu. If any women (muslim) or (nonmuslim) giving birth with illegal affairs and she through the child on the street. if any body found that its ok otherwise: the child dead or any other creatures dogs or eating he dead. ( THAT MOTHER ON " YOUM AL KHIYAMA" WHAT PUNISHMENT SHE WILL GET FROM ALLH SUBAHANWATHALA) IF MUSLIM:AND NON MUSLIM DEFFERENT PUNISHIMENT : PLEASE GIVE ME ANSWER:
Answer
All perfect praise be to Allaah, The Lord of the Worlds. I testify that there is none worthy of worship except Allaah, and that Muhammad 
is His slave and Messenger.
An illegitimate child is traced back to his mother and she is responsible for his care, protection and expenditure. She is not allowed to throw him on the street. If she does so without any religiously accepted reason then she is sinful, whether she is a Muslim or non Muslim. The sin does not differ whether the woman is a Muslim or non Muslim. However, sometime it differs based on other considerations. A Muslim woman might be more of a sinner because she knows the prohibition of throwing her child on the street unattended and endangered. However, we do not know any specific text that proves a prescribed punishment for the one who commits such sin.
