I have a question regarding my friends brother who recently passed away due to chronic renal failure. He was a Government Servant and when he died naturally he left a lot of income in the form of Gratuity/GP Fund/ Other deposits in the office he was serving. Wants to know how his money will be divided among his heirs

My father is eldest among 3 brothers and 2 sisters, all married except one sister, sister who was unmarried died this year,
Both sister where 50-50% owner of one flat,
