Skipping the first Tashahhud deliberately
Assalaam. Sometimes, I intentionally skip the first Tashahhud in the Magrib/‘Ishaa’ prayer when I am in a hurry. At times, I recite only the Shahaadah (testimony of faith) part in the sitting. I finish the prayer without Sujood As-Sahw (prostration of forgetfulness). Are my prayers valid in this manner?

Sitting for the last Tashahhud without reciting it
Assalaamu alaykum. Is it true that according to the Hanafi fiqh, if one sits in the final Rak‘ah of the prayer for a duration in which Tashahhud can be recited, his prayer is valid even if he does not recite it?
