Assalaam. Sometimes, I intentionally skip the first Tashahhud in the Magrib/‘Ishaa’ prayer when I am in a hurry. At times, I recite only the Shahaadah (testimony of faith) part in the sitting. Is it true that according to the Hanafi fiqh, if one sits in the final Rak‘ah of the prayer for a duration in which Tashahhud can be recited, his prayer is valid even if he does not recite it?
