'Land' in verse [31:34] includes space and water
In Surah Luqman, verse 34 says that no soul knows in which land it will die except Allaah. I want to know whether 'land' here also includes space and water or not. Are these five things mentioned in Surah Luqman, verse 34, only things from the Unseen (Al-Ghayb) ?

Occurrence of word ‘khaleefah’ in Quran
