He threatened to divorce her if she went on her trip
Salam. A husband had misundersting with his wife regarding a trip she intended to make and the husband warned her that if she make that trip, SHE CEASED TO BE HIS WIFE and she still enberk on the trip. Question: does that his pronoucement means single divorce or all in one (3 divorce)- meaning they can not remary again except she marry some one.. More

Swearing to divorce one’s wife

Ruling on taking an oath of divorce on something in the past

Making many things conditions for divorce
I am a married woman living in Sudan and my husband lives in Saudi Arabia. He swore that if I did certain things which he dislikes, and he listed them for me, I would be divorced. I promised him not to do these things in order not to let the divorce come into effect. However, over the course of time, I did these things many times.

The ruling on taking an oath by triple divorce
Peace be upon you.
Does the third divorce take effect if a husband takes an oath by triple divorce that he will do something and then does not do it out of forgetfulness?
I want to know whether divorce has been effected in such a case? Is there any difference if this happened before or after the conclusion of the marriage contract, knowing that.. More

The conditional divorce cannot be withdrawn
One of my friends husband swore that if my friend ever ate anything that is brought by him and is not a necessity of life, the relationship between them would be over. So if she happens to eat anthing that he brings, would the divorce happen between them? Also now the husband want to break that oath, what should he do?.. More

He said 'If I miss 'Isha prayers there will be 3 divorces to my wife'
About three or 4 year ago, I missed and isha prayer and later on i said that if i miss isha prayers again there will be 3 divorces to my wife. since then i have not missed the isha salat. now the question is say if i am reading my isha salat and my wudhu breaks and i carry on performing my salah, would it fulfil the condition of performing the salah.. A husband wants to withdraw a conditional divorce
ASAK. One of my family member has given a kasam to his wife that if she talk to a person at any time. She will be divorce. She never talk to that person later things become better and husband said now you are free from kasam. But wife argue that she still can not talk to him. If she does? it will count one divorce? Swore that he would leave his wife if she did something
If a person swears that he will leave or that he and his wife will not continue together if she does something without his permission, is that considered as a divorse if she does something without his permission, although he did not directly say you will be divorced. If it is not considered as a divorse please advise what he has to do because of breaking.. More

my husband has utter the conditional divorce words as 'if since last month till the last breath of your life you visit your sister, then you are talak three'. actually I have visited my sister a week ago, but during that time I did not know this condition which he only mention after I have done the visit.
