Question
how the sigha should be i f i deputize my father to do the mariage contract . and how my name should be announced( husband )because the guardian can not say to my father i marry you off my daughter since is not the husband.
Answer
All perfect praise be to Allaah, The Lord of the Worlds. I testify that there is none worthy of worship except Allaah, and that Muhammad 
is His slave and Messenger.
There is no particular version in the authorization for marriage but it can be done by everything that means it. Therefore, if you want to marry, and you wish to authorize someone to act in your place, then you may say or write “I give power of attorney to such and such in my marriage contract, or I appointed him as my deputy, …and then your father will say to the guardian of the wife in the term of the marriage contract for example: “I accept to marry off the girl who is under your guardianship to my deputy…”
