Question
IT dump exam is a reviewer that will give you 90% real questions and answers on the real online exam. It can be downloaded in the Internet or it can be purchase on a certain website. These are very popular to IT professionals who are attending IT certification. Most of the IT professionals are using this to Pass the IT certification like microsof, cisco or ITIL etc. In my opinion the one who provide the exam knows this dumps but they dont stop it. because they want to get a good business in the market. More certified more business. Is it haram to use this and review them before attending the online exam?
Answer
All perfect praise be to Allaah, The Lord of the Worlds. I testify that there is none worthy of worship except Allaah, and that Muhammad 
is His slave and Messenger.
It is permissible to benefit from the published reviewer in sites or in other places even if some or all of it comes in the exam for those certificates as this does not constitute cheating or deceit.
Besides, the institutions may make their exams different from that reviewer and they may make it the same as it. What matters is that the candidate revises what is included in the reviewer and masters it so that he will benefit from it if anything of it comes in the exam. So, this is permissible.
