Question
Why did Allaah The Almighty create female Hoore as wives for men in Paradise but did not create male Hoore as husbands for women?
Answer
All perfect praise be to Allaah, the Lord of the worlds. I testify that there is none worthy of worship except Allaah, and that Muhammad, sallallaahu ‘alayhi wa sallam, is His slave and messenger.
Allaah created the Hoor (women of Paradise), in addition to the women who will enter Paradise, to be the wives of men there. This is considered a bliss bestowed by Allaah The Almighty on both men and women, since Allaah The All-Wise made men ready by nature to have more than one wife, contrarily to women. Also, all women in Paradise will have husbands to enjoy life with.
Husbands in Paradise will not look like they used to in this world, instead they will be very handsome and gentle. The Prophet, sallallaahu ‘alayhi wa sallam, said that those who enter Paradise will be in their most beautiful form: having no hair on their bodies, their skin will be white, their eyes will look brilliant, and they will be 33-years old with the stature of Adam.
