Question
Assalamualaikum wrwb brother these days i am suffering from alot of waswasRecently i had a waswasa about forming the intention of umrah. To recheck in my heart i told a statement that i am forming an intention for umrah which i denied immediately. what happened then is at several other instances i again repeated the same statement in my mind as if i am really forming the intention and immediately denying it. but while saying it i had a belief that i am saying it actually with yakeen..but again within a second i deny it .plz help me i dont know what to do nexti am married and my husband thinks that i am crazy. Am i in a state of ihram nowjQuery1110046707818335577156_1543991217248i don't have any Umrah Visa. and i dont know why am i repeating this staement in my mind.plz help me and please dont post this question on your website.JazakAllah khair
Answer
All perfect praise be to Allah, The Lord of the Worlds. I testify that there is none worthy of worship except Allah, and that Muhammad 
is His slave and Messenger.
You must repel these whispers, ignore them, and not pay any attention to them.
What came to your mind is nothing, and you are not in a state of Ihram by this at all. Rather, these are nothing but illusions that has nothing to do with reality. Therefore, live your life normally and do not spoil your life and the life of your husband with such illusions and whispers.
It would be better for you to consult a trustworthy psychiatrist.
