Praise be to Allah, the Lord of the World; and may His blessings and peace be upon our Prophet Muhammad and upon all his Family and Companions.

If you mean by sexy clothes underwears or transparent or translucent clothes that expose beauty of a woman or a man, then purchasing them is not permissible except to wear in front of a husband or a wife only.
However, purchasing them for any other purpose such as using them in some Haram act is forbidden since means are subject to the rulings of purposes.
