I live in an Arabic society which does not respect Islam and I practice masturbation. What are its bad and good sides?

Praise be to Allah, the Lord of the World; and may His blessings and peace be upon our Prophet Muhammad and upon all his Family and Companions.

The rule of masturbation is specified in the following Fatwa:81150.
On the other hand, your living in an Arab society that does not respect Islam does not have any effect on the rule. In fact, you are asked to enjoin the good and warn against the evil and try to make Muslims return to their religion.
We ask Allah to guide us all to the right religion.
