Question
What is the Fatwa if I want to buy a house with interest? Can someone buy a house for me and I pay him monthly payment with no interest but with a little profit on what he paid for the house?
Answer
All perfect praise be to Allah, The Lord of the Worlds. I testify that there is none worthy of worship except Allah, and that Muhammad 
is His slave and Messenger.
Selling a house after purchasing it and fully possessing it is permissible. There is no harm to sell it in installments with profit provided both parties should have agreed firsthand on the number of installments.
