The Surah that was revealed to the Prophet (Sallallahu Alaihi wa Sallam) while riding his camel was Surah Al-Ana’am. It was revealed in its entity at once and seventy thousand angels came surrounding it and supplicating Allah ardently. This was mentioned by the interpreters of Qur'an.
