Accepted Answer

All perfect praise be to Allaah, The Lord of the Worlds. I testify that there is none worthy of worship except Allaah, and that Muhammad is His slave and Messenger. We ask Allaah to exalt his mention as well as that of his family and all his companions.

There is no harm in removing fat from the body by a liposuction or by sports exercises for the purpose of beautification provided that this is done without surgery or exposing one’s Awrah (parts of the body that should be covered in Islam), and provided that it does not cause harm to the body because there is no evidence which prohibits this. Moreover, this is not considered as changing Allaah’s Creation.
