Is it permissible to conduct a marriage contract between the two ‘Eeds and during the month of Ramadhaan or not?
Answer
All perfect praise be to Allaah, The Lord of the Worlds. I testify that there is none worthy of worship except Allaah, and that Muhammad is His slave and Messenger. We ask Allaah to exalt his mention as well as that of his family and all his companions.
Yes, it is permissible to conduct a marriage contract between the two ‘Eeds and during the month of Ramadan and at other times, as there is no evidence which prohibits**RPEP** it. In principle, this is permissible and whoever prohibits it, is saying on behalf of Allaah without knowledge. Allaah Says what means: {And do not say about what your tongues assert of untruth, “This is lawful and this is unlawful,” to invent falsehood about Allaah. Indeed, those who invent falsehood about Allaah will not succeed.}[Quran 16:116].
