Answer

All perfect praise be to Allaah, The Lord of the Worlds. I testify that there is none worthy of worship except Allaah, and that Muhammad is His slave and Messenger. We ask Allaah to exalt his mention as well as that of his family and all his companions.

First of all, we advise you to take it easy and not indulge in thinking about illusions which may hinder your pursuit of achieving your aspiration. To avoid such thinking is one of the factors which will help you achieve your ambition.

In general, making utilizing worldly means is one of the most important factors of success; this could be done by working hard and being persistent. It is said: "Whoever wants to be very successful, he stays working very late at night.' It is also said: 'Whoever strives hard, he will be successful, and whoever sows, he will surely reap.'

However, the best statement in this regard is that of the Prophet sallallaahu `alayhi wa sallam ( may Allaah exalt his mention ) who said: "Aspire to what benefits you (obeying Allaah and inspiring to His treasures, seeking His help) and do not be lazy (in performing good deeds or seeking His help)." [Muslim] To aspire to what benefits a person is to make use of the available means, and seek Allaah's Help by surrendering to Him; these are the factors of success.

As regards the method of organizing one's time and benefiting from it, then please refer to Fataawa 86677 and 88494.

Allaah Knows best.
