Killing insects by pouring boiling water on them
assalam wa alykum in islam burning any living thing is not permissible. but is it permissible to put boiling water in the corners of the house to kill insects(spiders, cockroaches etc.)? what is the ruling on the person who burns the small insects intentionally with the help of fire?.. More

Permissibility for men to wear flower garlands is conditioned

Using tattooing to cover tattoos of crosses and living creatures
Before embracing Islam, I had many tattoos done on my body, some are creatures with eyes and faces and others are Christian symbols i.e. crosses. I cannot afford the $20,000 dollars it would cost to have them removed by laser, so is it permissible to get the faces and crosses covered over by tattooing them out?
