All perfect praise be to Allaah, The Lord of the Worlds. I testify that there is none worthy of worship except Allaah, and that Muhammad is His slave and Messenger.

Manpower business is permissible on the condition that one abides by the religious rulings in such a field, among which is that the employment should be in lawful jobs and that the money that the job seeker pays should be determined at the time of the contract, and that this money should be in return for a job position and not for a visa or sponsorship because it is not permissible to sell a visa or a sponsorship, in addition to other religious rulings that apply.
