Please reply me that why does Allah SWT happened with me. I have never committed zina, drunk alcohol.

Answer

All perfect praise be to Allah, The Lord of the Worlds. I testify that there is none worthy of worship except Allah, and that Muhammad sallallaahu `alayhi wa sallam ( may Allaah exalt his mention ) is His slave and Messenger.

Let us start with what you mentioned about suicide, and we say that it is a disease and not a cure, as it does not solve your problem; instead, it may transfer you from what you think is misery to a greater misery you cannot bear. Al-Bukhari and Muslim narrated on the authority of Abu Hurayrah may Allaah be pleased with him who said: The Messenger of Allah sallallaahu `alayhi wa sallam ( may Allaah exalt his mention ) said: “He who killed himself with steel (weapon) would be the eternal denizen of the Fire of Hell and he would have that weapon in his hand and would be thrusting that in his stomach forever and ever, he who drank poison and killed himself would sip that in the Fire of Hell where he is doomed forever and ever; and he who killed himself by falling from (the top of) a mountain would constantly fall in the Fire of Hell and would live there forever and ever.

We believe that you are smart enough to prevent yourself from committing such a heinous act, so give yourself an opportunity to think appropriately. What helps you to do that is remembering that this life is a place of trial and that one of the best things a Muslim can do at times of hardship is patience, and the result of patience is all good.

And you must remember Allah the Almighty a lot because remembrance strengthens the heart. Allah The Almighty says (what means): {Those who have believed and whose hearts are assured by the remembrance of Allah. Unquestionably, by the remembrance of Allah hearts are assured.} [Quran 13:28].

Make sure you supplicate a lot, especially by asking Allah for forgiveness, for it is one of the greatest supplications.

Look for a way to treat whatever disease afflicts you, and there is no disease for which Allah did not make a cure, so you should meet with specialized doctors.

It does not help you to think about a matter that pertains to the Lord of the Worlds, and likewise to ask what you mentioned by saying “why does Allah do this to me?”. These thoughts are dangerous. And Allah The Exalted is not asked about what He does because He is the Almighty, and all of His actions emanate from knowledge and wisdom that we may know or may not know, and this is what you must believe in and submit to.

It is not necessary that the calamity is due to a sin committed by man, as the Qur'an mentioned the harm that afflicted the Prophet sallallaahu `alayhi wa sallam ( may Allaah exalt his mention ) and the prophets who preceded him, and the Sunnah showed that the prophets and the righteous people were the most afflicted people.

Allah knows best.
