Actually, I was wondering is it ok to use perfume that contains a small amount of alcohol such as found in markets nowadays and rub on our skin before the prayer? For the purpose of medical reason, is it ok to rub on our outer skin oil made from fish and oil from leech?

Praise be to Allah, the Lord of the Worlds; and may His blessings and peace be upon our Prophet Muhammad and upon all his Family and Companions. There is no objection to using the oil that is made from fish. Some doctors even mention that it has a lot of benefits. As for the oil of the leech if it is not harmful, according to doctors then it is lawful as living things that live in the sea are pure. Allah knows best.
