Answer

All perfect praise be to Allaah, The Lord of the Worlds. I testify that there is none worthy of worship except Allaah, and that Muhammad is His slave and Messenger. We ask Allaah to exalt his mention as well as that of his family and all his companions.

First of all, we ask Allaah to reward you for being keen on achieving good for you and your husband, and we ask Him to rectify your husband's affairs and bless you with righteous offspring from him.

If your husband is as you described him, then you should be grateful to Allaah for the good qualities which your husband has, and you should ask Allaah earnestly to enable him to stop what he is doing and repent and ask Allaah to accept his repentance for his negligence in the matters which you mentioned.

According to the preponderant opinion of the scholars may Allaah have mercy upon them the congregational prayer is an obligation, and therefore, it is not permissible for your husband to abandon praying in congregation without a valid reason; for more benefit, please refer to Fatwa 82538.

Furthermore, it is not permissible for your husband to gain his living from photo-copying such papers which include pictures of scantily dressed women, as by doing so, his earnings are ill-gotten. For more benefit on the ruling of a woman benefiting from her husband's earnings if all his money is ill-gotten or mixed, please refer to Fataawa 91257 and 87680.

There is no doubt that your husband should seek religious knowledge and recite the Quran as much as he can. Nonetheless, you should be patient with your husband and advise him in a good and soft manner. You should also be keen in making him love you more and help him strengthen his faith. The increase of one's faith is a strength which stimulates a person to perform more good deeds and stay away from acts of disobedience.

Allaah Knows best.
