would u plz answer to my question im married and my husban sometime drink and he want to sleep with me ireally hate that smell ist haram to refuse to be with him or i have to do that it wajib ? im waiting for the answer thank u
Answer
All perfect praise be to Allaah, The Lord of the Worlds. I testify that there is none worthy of worship except Allaah, and that Muhammad 
is His slave and Messenger.
In principle a wife is obliged to obey her husband when he calls her to bed. She is obliged to obey her husband even though he consumes intoxicants. Moreover, she is obliged to obey him as long as he does not order her to disobey Allaah or do something by which she is harmed.

You should also clarify to your husband that consuming intoxicants is forbidden, in this regard please refer to Fataawa 81461, 81567 and 86752.
