Praise be to Allah, the Lord of the Worlds, and blessings and peace be upon our Prophet Muhammad and upon all his Family and Companions.
Shrimps are Halal. Allah and His Prophet (Blessings and peace of Allah be upon him) has allowed it. Prophet Muhammad (Blessings and peace of Allah be upon him) said. Two types of dead animals and two types of blood are permitted for us. The types of dead animals are seafood and locusts. The two types of blood are the liver and the spleen. Allah knows best.
