What is the ruling in cases where a man uttered words of divorce but did not know that it will cause divorce? This is the exact situation. Having dinner with her fiancé’s father while he is drinking wine
My father in law drinks wine while eating. It is forbidden for a divorcee to marry another man so that she will be permissible for the first husband
