Allah may answer prayers of disbeliever

Supplicating Allah for wealth, power and wisdom
Assalaamu alaykum. I have a simple question. A person whom I know prays to Allaah for wealth, power, and wisdom so that he can help his Ummah (Islamic community) (besides praying for it). Musaafahah done with one hand or both
Assalaamu alaykum. What is the authentic hadith for Musaafahah(shaking the hand) with one hand? There are so many interpretations given by people in our region (South India). Continuing to receive benefits for illness after recovery

Prayer of repentance is not a condition for making repentance
I want to know if Istighfaar (asking forgiveness) with the intention of repenting (regret, sincerity, and so on) is counted as repentance or if the only way of repenting is praying Salat At-Tawbah(prayer of repentance).
