Obligation to pay accumulated bank fees

Selling shares purchased on credit for cash

What counts as bribery
My manager at work gives me and other sales rep 100 dollarsif we get 10 sales a day. When he gives us the check he expects 20% cash back. Or otherwise he will cut off the bonus.
