Selling land that one does not yet fully own
I have bought a land on 4 years installment and still it is on papers and I am not aware about the location of land yet.. I will get possession after 3 more years. Widow loses right to deceased husband's pension if she remarries
Assalam o alaikum dear scholars. If a widow marries to a person and gets separation before commencement (humbistry) however she lived few days with his husband.
