Impermissible to guarantee capital in a Mudhaarabah contract

Borrowing a man's money to distribute among the poor and repaying it from zakat money in his country
I am currently abroad and a man asked me to give him some money in order to offer it in charity to poor people, and he told me that I can get this money back from zakat money when I return to my country.
