Ruling on disposing of ill-gotten money

You must pay your debt when you afford to pay it
Salamaliekom, i live i USA. I was accused by government of doing something. So, the gov. Put me in a lot of trouble. This trouble made it so hard to find a job. Taking compensation charges for a faulty commodity
Assalamu Alaykum I live in india. I purchased a tablet and its faulty, i gave it back to the company from where i purchased for repair.
